I spent 3 hrs working w/ Matt in tech support then I was trAnsferred to Mike Mallon(who according to him, he was the highest level of management there) stated that he could only refer me to level 2 tier techs. Which will not talk to you, they only create online tickets, and I would have to wait an additional hr to get a response.
And for being the highest exec. @ MVIX he could not get someone to help me, so now I have a device that I had to format myself (because they won't wont't even install the hard drive unless you ask) that is still not working. GOOD LUCK!!!!
