Shredder reviewNovember 22, 2008 I purchased the Fellows 32057 Powershred P-57Cs shredder several months ago.It works nicely.I'm not sure it successfully shreds the volume it promotes, but does an adequate job for my home use purposes.I would prefer the cord be a bit longer, but not a major issue.I would recommend this model for the price on Amazon.

Not bad for the price...November 19, 2008 I love the way it chops the paper (crosscut)...but it isn't very powerful. It bogs way down with 3 to 5 pages...almost to a jam. Has a tough time with Credit Cards. I would recommend for very light office shredding but the way mine runs, I don't anticipate it lasting very long.

not so goodNovember 18, 2008 It jammed with the plastic credit card that came in the mail with credit application. Since I don't have any paperwork on it - I'm screwed! I might buy it again though since it seems to handle multiple pieces of paper pretty well. I would have liked to have known whether or not it took plastic cards before I tried it! Had to junk it!
Product does not meet specs.November 17, 2008 This paper shredder struggled to handle two sheets and became jammed when I tried to shred three at once. I had to throw it away after only one week because the configuration of the paper entry made it impossible to clear the jammed paper.
