I ORDERED THIS PRODUCT BROTHER TN350 BLACK TONER CARTRIDGE ON 6/25/08 BUT HAVE YET TO RECEIVE IT. TRACKING RESULTS SHOWED IT WAS UNDELIVERABLE.
Did not place order for Generic tonerJuly 25, 2008 I did not have time to respond back to Amazon. Actually Amazon sent me Brother compatable tone not the original from Brother. I feel that is totally wrong and please refund my money back. Please let me know.

Brother TN350 not OEM as illustratedJuly 17, 2008 Thie product was misrepresnted. The picture shows and OEM cartridte. There was no place in the ad that indcated that this was a rebuilt toner cartridge. The price was fair for a rebuilt toner cartridge, but this is not what I thought I was buying.
