Value for money!November 20, 2008 The bluetooth headset is a good deal...it is a complete value for money....for 7 bucks i dont think it gets better than this.....there is a slight limitation on the range of the headset if u r using it with a computer....but its a minor problem!!! i ordered 5 pairs....and am very satisfied with the way the business was conducted by the seller...
Good sound quality, bad designNovember 19, 2008 Pros: Sound quality is good. Easy to setup Cons: Bad design. The loop does not fit at all on the ear and hence the bluetooth device keeps falling off the ear. I would not recommend this product.
Sounds too good to be true... because it is.November 18, 2008 First off: I like this headset. For $[...], it's an alright deal. It's small, stylish, and pretty discreet compared to older, blocky headsets.
My real issue is with the rebate. Sounds great, doesn't it? Well, I didn't get the "official" rebate insert, which (judging by others' reviews) was supposed to arrive in the box with the headset itself. Despite sending in the downloadable rebate form (why would Amazon offer it if it wasn't valid?) AND THE SERIAL NUMBER FROM THE BOX ITSELF, I was denied the rebate. Basically, if it could happen to me, it could happen to you, so on and so forth. I doubt that it's an overly common problem, and it just so happens that I wasn't - ahem - putting any stock in whether or not I received the rebate. If you are not willing to pay full price for this item, PLACE YOUR ORDER CAUTIOUSLY.
But, returning to the real subject, the headset is fine as it is. I'd like to be a bully and downvote it simply because of the rebate issue, but 1)It wouldn't hurt Amazon's/Samsung's dignity at all and 2)It would be doing a disservice to the item in question. Thanks for reading.
Can't Beat the Price!November 15, 2008 My first bluetooth headset, and it was definitely worth the $7 (assuming I get the rebate). I can't compare it to others, but it's it seems to be decent. Got two of them, and one is a little clearer sounding than the other. Needs to be charged about once a week even if it's not been used. Fits nicely in my ear with the medium piece. I don't use the ear hook. It didn't fit my head very week, and it's not necessary. All in all a good purchase for the price.
Good quality, a little hard to functionNovember 12, 2008 I like the product. It works well and was easy to synch with my cellphone. However, it didn't always stay in my ear. Also, I had trouble answering and ending phone calls without actually pulling out my phone.
