Good case for unitSeptember 11, 2008 This works well. Doesn't allow the unit to slop around. Protects it from (reasonable) accidents and scratches. Stiff enough so no buttons are pushed accidentally. I would have liked to see a more secure closure but to my surprise it's not an issue. Once the strap is placed properly (which isn't hard) everything stays put. I'd buy another one if I lost this one.
Different case than advertised, but still good.July 6, 2008 The case I received is NOT the case that is pictured. So that is why I can't give it a full five stars. However it is a genuine Olympus leather case. And it fits my WS-311M just fine. This case has no velcro. I am very happy with it

This is the perfect fit for my WS-320M. I like knowing that my recorder is protected.

I bought this product for my Olympus recorder WS-311. It is a must to have a case for a small high quality product like the WS-311. The size of my recorder became double with the case but I feel more comfortable. The only thing is, the case has no provision for when you decided to wear it with a neck strap since the WS-311 already has it.
