Loved my first, so ordered a second!September 5, 2008 When I bought this phone three years ago it was so simple to use. It also comes with a camera which you can use to match the face with the name of the person calling. Plus texting, emailing and the like are so simple, unlike the phone that I used to replace it when the display finally broke. Otherwise no real problems. Plus you don't have to get everyone's phone number all over again like with some phones. Just put the sim card in and your set. Overall the best phone I've ever had.
highly ruggedAugust 31, 2008 this was my first cell about 6 yrs ago. 3 yrs ago it bore the brunt of the force during a motorcycle crash. my hip and the bike landed full on the phone and even though it took massive damage, it continued to work to such a degree that i didn't feel i needed to replace it. a year later, it was involved in another motorcycle related accident (off road of course) and this is what finally killed it. my new one seems to be suffering minor problems with the face plate not staying glued to the body, but stupid problems charging it. the charging system is terrible. there is no protection on the phone charging port from dust and muck and it takes about three-four minutes to get the charging connection to work. but beyond this, i've had service in iraq, sierra leone, saudi, and a ton of other less than desireable countries. i love the phone, but hate the charging system.

Phone has ok reception, puts up with mild abuse. (This phone cracked its outer casing and kept working for me)
* The bluetooth seems limited to Bluetooth version 1.1
We all know of better quality using Bluetooth 1.2. Phone drops calls in Colorado near Broomfield (cell hole)
