No complaintsDecember 3, 2008 I don't really have much to say. The only things I look for in a thumb drive is being completely blank (or be able to be completely formatted) to be rid of any preinstalled software, a reasonable design, and it not falling apart.
This drive gets a lot of use from me and is my primary that dangles from my keyring. The only complaint I have is that the push-out design feels pretty cheap now. I fear that any day I am going to squeeze it in the wrong way and it will break.
It hasn't happened yet so still no complaints, I guess.
It is a USB stick.December 2, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
It is a USB stick. It holds 8 GB's. It seems fairly fast and well made. You use the thumb "thingy" at the side to slide the connector into / out of the housing. I would have given it 5 stars but my dog barked REALLY loud when I showed it to him.
Great drive, great price.December 1, 2008 This drive is a great solution for almost any use. It is light, fits in your pocket, and relatively durable. The sliding design is a great plus, as it removes the possibility of losing a cap. However, you do have to be careful of getting it wet because there is no cap to protect the electronics from liquids. Data transfer isn't lightning fast, but is pretty fast for the price. I have had this drive for a few months and haven't had any problems thus far.
dont buy thisNovember 29, 2008 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
Every time I use this flashdrive it is like aliens are testing my intelligence. You try to push it in the port, the connector slides in. You try again. And again. You make sure its locked. Slides in again. You hold it while inserting. Slides in again. Try that a few times, because you got pretty close. Then you try a few different ports. Finally, it connects.
Dont buy this. It sucks.
Failed after 2 months of use.November 21, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I decided to purchase the 8GB version after finding the 1GB version inadequate for my needs. Product failed after 2 months of moderate use. Will not use warranty due to information stored on drive.
