WORM VIRUS ON WALLET PIX!August 1, 2008 I purchased this product last week. When I connected it to my PC, I received an error message that my system detected the Worm.win32.autorun.enn virus. One of the files installed on the Wallet Pix, Imgtask.exe is infected with the virus. I contacted Tech Support who told me they would escalate the problem and after a week I contacted them only to be told they dont know how to fix the problem. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I will be returning the product to the store!!
What A Rip OffJuly 10, 2008 Do not waste your money or time on this piece of junk. It wouldn't even install, and online tech support was worthless. All they wanted to know was whether there was a warranty included in the package. Although package says not to return to retail store, I plan to return it because after dealing with Wallet Pix tech support, I have zero faith that they would even replace a defective product.
Wallet PixMay 19, 2008 The Wallet Pix is just awful it is not at all like they show on tv. I would not recommend this to anyone, I started to purchase 2 one for my Mom and I am glad now that I did not, money wasted.
Not good at first, NOW WE LOVE IT!!!April 2, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
My hubby came home with one of these and we instantly downloaded pictures of our SIX grandchildren for him to show around. I agree the picture quaility was not very good, however I find that if you first crop the pictures and get rid of the "extra" outer edges, then their precious little faces beautifully fill the screen. Don't give up, throw it away or sell it for $3, just take a few minutes and crop! We are purchasing one for me (Nana) and some for great Grandparents!! Love it! Love it!
