Customer Reviews:
Great preamp for the price...January 16, 2008 I tried this preamp with a guitar and a bass guitar...I did not see much improve with the guitar, maybe a little warmer sound but nothing that you may not reach with some guitar pedals (reverb, chorus...). On the bass it sounded great because it gives you tighter and warmer tones. I still have not test it with vocals.
Good for amateurs and general purposesJanuary 12, 2007 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
Pros:Great product for those who requires amplify a dynamic mic. We use for vocals in a karaoke system with excellent results. It doesn't requires expensive microphones. With cheaper mics produces good sound. Cons: The preamp doesn't has a power on/off switch so you must to plug/unplug the DC adapter. It is a little expensive but works fine.
