 This product does not work July 17, 2008
I had this product installed with a JVC radio. It never worked right. While changing channels it kept freezing on me with a message "LOADING" for a long time even in the areas with strong signal. I thought the product was defective and had it replaced. Same occured with the second one. I called XM support and found them useless. All they could do is refresh the signal, which they did multiple times.

Product works as promised - delivery was about a week. Allows me to listen to XM radio (with subscription and additional small XM tuner) to commercial-free radio on my JVC car stereo. Thanks!

After reading about problems certain consumers were having with this JVC adapter (loses preprammed channels, reverts to channel 1 when powered off), I called Audiovox to get list of compatible JVC receivers and realized my JVC car stereo was not on this list. Now I need to exchange my stereo if I want XM radio.
