 Works as it should April 27, 2008
does exactly what its supposed to. Nice to have my ipod control through my stereo, easier to control without taking my eyes off the road. Sound quality is AMAZING, there is no higher quality than connecting through this interface.
 Does not work with iTouch March 27, 2008
The cable would be great if it would work with the 5th Generation iPods. I have an iTouch and it will not work with that model, Does anyone know the cable i would need for model CQ-C7105U (headunit). Thanks

I purchased this item to go along with the Panasonic Strada in dash navigation system. It was very simple to install into the radio. I just plugged the unit into the ipod and there it was on the screen working fine. I have not had a problem one with the device and would recommend it to others with the Panasonic system

Ise theis item in conjunction with my Panasonic In Dash DVD player. Works flawlessly. Life is so much better without having to carry a bunce of CD'd on long road trips.

The install went pretty easy. I like that it charges my Ipod. What I don't like (and this really drives me nuts) you can't access playlists or artists or any of the menu options. You have to start playing your ipod, and then use the controls on your head unit to switch songs. The downside is, if you have lets say 800 songs on your ipod and you first felt like shuffling through randomly and then you hear an artist that you want to hear more of, you have to disconnect the Ipod switch to the artist and play the album you want to listen to. It may sound like a small complaint in print, but I gaurantee it will drive you crazy if you have any sizable song list and ADD.
