I purchased this on Amazon, and received it in excellent condition and on time. Mounted easily to my new Sharp Aquos 42" LCD, (which has very close spacing of mounting holes), and the base mounted on my wall easily, (needs 16" spaced studs), and it had plenty of screws with the kit. Tilt and swing are great, looks very sturdy, but it does sit away from wall a few inches ways, but that was OK for my use. Price was great, and no problems with the installation.

This mount is absolutely outstanding, could have paid hundreds more for a sanus, this one is identical! Great buy!!
