Not a good dealOctober 2, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
The sound is ok, not great. The connector is the cheapest that I have ever seen and I doubt it will hold up even under moderate use. For the price I expected a lot better sound, but it is not any better than the $9 sony mdr model. Spend less if you are just looking for a pair of headphones or spend a little more if you want something with superior sound.
Great for workOctober 2, 2008 I got these to use at work with a small battery-powered radio and the computer's cd player. They are very light-weight and comfortable, and give me all the frequency range I could want. I was concerned that the open-back design would bother others around me, but I can't hear anything out of them when I put them down.
The fold-up design is overkill for me, but it hasn't been a problem to leave them unfolded and just throw them in a drawer. The sturdy carrying case will be nice to protect them when I travel.
Senheiser HeadsetSeptember 30, 2008 This headset is easy to manage. It feels comfortable and very lightweight on your head. Price range is affordable. Also, the headset folds making it easy to store. I would reccomend this to anyone.
sennheiser px 100September 27, 2008 i asked 2 friends to listen to these headphones.both were using their Ipods. The first had a pair of $200 earbud Shures and the other had a pair of Sony,s.I kid you not.Their first words were both WOW.These are the best for the money although you have to position them above the earlobe, because after a while they hurt because they are not as well padded .The cord is long enough for anyone. My one word review"WOW"
Really good, for the price.September 27, 2008 I bought these months ago and I'm glad I did, because I ended up buying a more expensive pair of Sennheiser's afterwards, they had a busted driver, so I returned them and tried a pair of Ultrasone's. They just sucked for the amount of money I spent on them. They had much more bass, but I couldn't stand the metalic sound they had. Returned them, bought the high-end cans I should've bought in the first place(Denon AH-D2000's) which I'm so happy with in every way. Why tell you all this you ask? Because through it all, the PX-100's kept me going... and I still use them as my main "out & about" cans, with a nice cmoy amp on low gain. They're just plain great for the price.
