Product Description Canon's iconic ELPH design achieves a stunning new evolution with the PowerShot SD750 Digital ELPH. Utterly simple edge lines and cut surfaces gleam subtly with high-grade finishes. Of course, style means little without substance, and here the SD750 Digital ELPH more than delivers. 7.1 megapixels and DIGIC III create magnificent images, while exciting advanced technologies include Face Detection, Red-eye Correction, and time-lapse movies. Always sized to go, the SD750 Digital ELPH is now extra-durable, with a tough scratch-resistant coating on its anti-reflective, brilliantly colorful 3.0-inch LCD screen.
Nice CameraOctober 4, 2008 Nice large display, easy to use, very compact camera. Battery life is good even with flash use. You can buy very inexpensive extra batteries on Amazon for this camera if needed. I recommend to purchase this unit.
best value!October 3, 2008 not only is this a terrific camera, but the video feature is very high quality. i bought a video camera, another brand, and it wasn't any better than using the video feature on this camera, so i returned the video camera. the only thing the video is not as useful for is recording something that requires a powerful zoom. i only need to use it to record my baby and it's perfect for that!
broke after 1 month...September 30, 2008 I had this camera for less than a month and something in the lens broke. I loved the quality of the pics and the camera in general. But the fact that it broke within a month (I havent done anything to cause it to break...drop it, scratch it, etc.) shows that something internal was not made properly and I am very disappointed!
Best small camera I've ever had!September 30, 2008 I love this one. I made everybody in my family buy it. The nice thing is, everybody likes it... from my parents who barely know what "digital" means to my cousin, who is a professional photographer. But obviuosly take into consideration: it doesn't substitute a high end reflex camera... and it's not supposed to. Have fun with it!
PLEASE Don't buy Canon. Faulty cameras.September 28, 2008 I have Canon powershot. Treated it very gently but it broke down with the famous lens error that happens with many Canon cameras "E18" Check the discussions on Consumer affairs dot com.
