Heed the low ratings!August 28, 2008 I really wish I had listened to the minority of reviewers who gave these earbuds bad reviews. But I took a chance, and I got burned.
I owned these for less than a month. The sound quality was more than adequate for what I was looking for (and for what I paid), as well as a notable improvement over my ipod buds. However, today the right earphone suddenly stopped working. I can get the sound back if I wiggle the cord just right, but the sweet spot for that is getting more and more difficult to hit.
In the few weeks I've owned them, I've been quite careful with them. They're wrapped up nicely and kept in a case when I'm not using them, and I don't even wear them when exercising. This short lifespan is a major disappointment. Don't make the same mistake I did. Pick a different pair of earbuds.
Dissapoints Over TimeAugust 28, 2008 Yes these headphones are great at first but after a while they stop working and audio only happens in one ear.
They stay in!August 26, 2008 For whatever reason, the Apple headset bugs don't stay in my ears very well. The JBuds fit perfectly. They have 3 different size pads but the one that came on there works fine for me. They seem to go a little deeper into the ear canal and that means I don't need to crank the volume very much and I can still hear great in the gym. I don't feel I am damaging my ears with high volume. The cord is rather long so I have to always put it behind my neck. When I opened the box, I the extra pads were all over the place (and on the floor). They could have been packaged better so as not to get tossed.
Great for bikingAugust 25, 2008 I've got several other pairs of earbuds that work fine if I'm just sitting around, walking, etc. The problem with others was that when I was cruising on my bike, the wind noise completely drowned out whatever I was listening to.
With the large cushions attached to these JBuds earbuds, I can hear my podcasts perfectly clearly, even when whistling downhill at 35 MPH. And when a car comes up behind me, I can still hear it coming, so these are perfect for my purposes, and the price is a bargain. I love 'em.

I had bought these earphones with pepsi points and amazon.com.... thinking this is going to be a good pair like any other regular pair of earphones you get in the stores. But boy I was wrong... they don't stay in your ears and I listend to my mp3 and I couldn't hear myself speak to my sister.
