i am kinda disappointed with the quality of the strap. but for $10 something, what can you expect.. its just thinner and "cheaper" than i thought. it works tho, so its ok

I've been using this strap for 2.5 years now. Not a single problem, and it doesn't slide around. Nice tooth on the bottom side so it won't slip off your shoulder or neck, could be a bit longer though. Very durable. Ignore the other guy, lol, he has no faith Canon, who has been around and knows cameras a bit better.

Although the strap is made of sturdy enough fabric, I don't trust the closing mechanism. It's a loop through sliding closure and it only stays tight if there's weight pulling on it. When I lift my camera up to take a picture and then let it back down, it slides further and further down the strap. If you don't watch carefully, you camera will end up lying on the ground. I would never trust this strap for my camera! Thoroughly dissapointed!!!
