Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars I'd hit the wall with my flatpanel until I got this product.   July 11, 2008

For years I've had a small flat panel TV next to my treadmill because the room my treadmill was in has concrete walls (cement block house) and drilling into them is almost impossible, and I really didn't "get" the whole wall mounting of flat panel TV thing anyway. I was too cheap to pay someone else, and was afraid to do it myself.

Thankfully someone out there is businessland realized that there are untold thousands of people like me, and they created a product line of wall mounts that can mount any flat panel TV about any way you want, and they include all the mounting hardware, an instruction book, and an instructional DVD! How did so much common sense get in one place in the business world? How did someone who sees the world through the eyes of the consumer ever get a product to market? Well, it happens sometimes and I've got nothing but priase for this company and what they've done.

They included screws for both wood and masonry mounting with this unit, and I watched the DVD and read the instructions. Then I found there was no way I could get the almost 3 inch masonry screws into my concrete block wall. I then realized that this mount is designed for up to a 150lb unit, and mine weighs 9.5 lbs, so I changed the approach a bit and got my flat panel above my treadmill where I'm enjoying it today.

So, spend a few bucks and get that floorspace back and get your flat panel on the wall where it belongs. If this product doesn't get you through, then you need to hire a pro.

4 out of 5 stars Fine product!   October 9, 2007

I used this product for Insignia NS-LTDVD26. No problems at all. The kit contains all necessary hardware -- screws, "sleeves", whatever, various sizes -- for all occasions. They even put in a video manual, but I did not need to watch it.

One thing worth mentioning. I was not able to hang the TV myself -- had to ask my wife for help. I could not "catch" the wall bracket with the TV: the TV was blocking the view. I do not know if there is any way to make this operation easier. Anyway, TWO people do it without problems.
