put it together was relativly easy , there is only one shelf to hold two component, cable box and blue ray player, if you have more component to connect to your tv, look for other tv stand

Sony SU-FL300M TV Stand for 32"-40" BRAVIA LCD HDTVSony SU-FL300L Floor TV Stand for 46" to 52" BRAVIA LCD HDTV I highly recommend this product. The instructions were very clear and I was able to assemble it by myself in less than 1/2 hour. There are connections at the top of the TV Stand so that the appropriate Sony Bravia TV can be physically attached to the stand. You don't have to worry about the TV falling over backwards or forwards. It's not going anywhere. The stand itself looks very nice with its "black piano gloss finish" and has a great system to contain the various cords in the back.
