If you currently have a stand attached to your LCD TV this is usually removed prior to fitting the wall mount and 4 holes should be revealed. Please note that the LCD monitor is for reference only. Chose Something ElseMarch 30, 2008 I wished I had read some of the reviews before I bought this. I have a 23 inch flat screen, weight 17.4lbs. Mounting to the wall was easy, however when I attached the flat screen, it sags and I'm unable to raise the screen at a straight angle. You aren't shown the entire picture on the web, however right behind the 4 piece piece prong you attach to your monitor, it has something like a ball and socket joint which enables you to tilt the monitor. There is a screw at the top of the joint which you tighten/lose to change the angle of the monitor. This ball and socket piece is the weakness in the part. Because of the weight of my monitor, no matter how much I tighten the screw, the monitor still sags. I bought this because it looked really nice and the price was great. If I ship this back, when it's all said and done, with all the fees, it wouldn't be worth it. Spend the money the first time people:)
Bad Design and Bad Return PolicyMarch 3, 2008 Aparently the design of the mount allows for no item which has weight. Regardless of the tightening, the TV will sag and drop downward. The seller requires a 15% restocking fee, no return of shipping fees, and buyer must return item at his own expense. This is a bad deal any way you look at it. I was able to return the item for an "upgrade" for $ 15 and free shipping. However, the new mount was rusty, the holes did not match my TV, and the screws were too short. I made no effort to pursue this purchase further. Why continue to throw good money after bad?
Cheap but problematicJanuary 13, 2008 This is ok for permanent position but not great if you want to move it often. Also, we could not adjust the front tilt angle part, until we took it apart and removed one of the washers. With 2 washers it is impossible to tighten the knob. Every time you move the screen, the front knob needs to be readjusted, and it is difficult. Maybe the ones for double or triple this price have better joints and controls.
Good for the moneySeptember 19, 2007 Generally this product serves it's purpose well, especially for the money. It was relatively easy to install but I recommend an "assistant". A second pair of hands would have been helpful. My only complaint is the the heads of the screws are VERY SOFT. They got pretty chewed up screwing them into the wall when installing and if I ever move it, I will probably need a pair of vise grips to grab the heads and unscrew them.

I have looked all over trying to find a good deal for a wall mount monitor arm in black but the prices were way too high. This mount is perfect, the price was great, and the seller Classical Media & Fitness was excellent for customer service and speedy shipping. We have a 19" monitor on this. The arm installed easily-10 minutes from start to finish. I'd highly recommend this item to anyone looking for this type of product!
