super lcd tv at lastNovember 14, 2008 One of the very best pictures and viewing angle I've ever seen. This is the first LCD I own that is similar to my plasmas. I own two of them and am planning to buy three more because of the viewing angle.

I picked mine up for $[...] bucks, however when it first came out it cost the original buyer $[...]. I must say, that Amazon's $[...] is not bad at all if you are looking for a large TV to use for gaming and movies. I have some issues with the pixeling in the screen. Also, standard definition content looks like crap on this television. Keep your old tv if you have some old dvds that have not been released on HDDVD or Blu Ray. You MUST watch everything in HD or Blu Ray with this TV. If you have been saving for an HDTV, I'd suggest passing this one up and continue saving to get a $[...] model by Vizio or Sony. If you can't wait, then this isn't a bad purchase.
On a good note, the audio quality is very clear. It isn't a stereo system, but if you don't have one hooked up to your tv you will still get decent sound for your movies.
