Customer Reviews:
Westinghouse LTV-27W7 - my opinion July 13, 2008 I can't believe that NOBODY's rated this TV since I bought it during Black Friday in 2006 from Best Buy (today's review is done on 7/13/08)....
For those of you who want an economical LCD TV, I have nothing bad to say about it. Not a single problem (fingers crossed). The only "problem" (if you can call it that) is that when I have a power problem in the home (as in no electricity due to storms) and when the power comes back on to the home, my TV would automatically turn back on! If I am away on an extended leave (such as vacation for several weeks), you can imagine wasted electricity used.
I now simply just flip the power surge bar to the "off" position when I travel.
I guess you can look at it another way - this way I know that there was a power problem to the home when I get back home from work :)
