good but expensiveAugust 28, 2008 HP ink is the quality one would expect from HP- I was printing a book which was on line-it would have been just as expensive to buy the book than to print it-no savings.
Great buy!May 18, 2008 I had been getting my printer HP 27 Black Inkjet Print Cartridge (C8727AN)cartridges refilled and was not finding this satisfactory. I saw the price for my size cartridge on Amazon.com for a little more than the refilled ones. I found these last longer and do a much better job of printing. Excellent buy so I ordered three.

OUTSTANDING Customer ServiceJanuary 14, 2008 UPS either lost my package or delivered it to the wrong address. I contacted UPS and they said there was nothing they could do on my behalf and that I needed to contact Amazon. I sent Amazon an email explaining the situation, and withing 2 days, they replied that they would not only send another cartridge free of charge, but upgrade it to next day shipping, also free of charge. I've lately had a bad string of luck with items I've received from Amazon, but every time, they've been 100% and then some with their customer service. OUTSTANDING!
reasonably priceds, but doesn't last long enoughOctober 18, 2007 Many seem to agree with me. The price is relatively cheap. However, this cartridge does not last long enough. I am a graduate student, this product warns me for low cartridge just in three weeks. Before buying any HP inkjet printers, please make sure what ink/toner that specific model uses. Printer companies, including HP, continuously shorten the lifespan of ink toner, because they get most profits not from machines but from sales of accesories. I think I had better buy a b@w laser printer, even though I knew that I would use this for a couple of months.
Less expensive, hello!October 4, 2007 I thought that this may have been some type of generic ink refill with the HP name on it. Not so. I purchase one before I purchase this one just in case problems arise I would have an extra if I have to return the one online. Well, I opened the one from the store and the one from Databazaar and they both were manufactured in the same place and had the same UPC code. I actually paid $10.00 extra when I purchased it at Office Depot. I purchased it for $12.00 online and it was a Hewlett Packard one. Of course the shipping and handling was an additional $4.00 but I still saved $6.00. This was a truly a real bargain. It just did not have a box.
