The cable does what it is supposed to do, transfer digital content to the PC. So far there have been no problems.

I ordered the wrong adapter from them and I tried to send it back for a refund. The adapter they sent me was already opened then they refused to refund my money because it was opened. It looked like they soldered the plastic shut.
