Ordering problemNovember 29, 2008 I was unpleasantly suprised to find that the two items ordered has to come from different suppliers. This of course requires double shipping charges. One would think that the 74xl and 75xl ink cartridges, which go together much like salt and pepper, would be available from the same supplier? Live and learn, I guess! I am taking this review system as my only option (other than the phone) to vent my dissatisfaction. I looked for a way to use E-mail, but can't seem to find such an option.

As I mentioned for the HP 75XL inkjet cartridge is the same for this one (black ink only) - get the larger size AND HP brand inks for better quality and to allow for quantity printing. The smaller cartridges just don't cut it in terms of the number of pages it can print before running out. And save by buying it through Amazon, unless you can find a local retailer with better savings - I sure couldn't and am glad I checked with Amazon right away.

no cardboard box delivered.November 18, 2008 I confess I missed the cardboard box. I believe there is an envelope on it to send the used cartridge to HP.
Other than that, it's exactly the cartridge asked.
A must buy!November 7, 2008 So much better than the original size. I will never buy the smaller size again!
