MY CARD WAS CHARGED ON THE DAY I ORDERED THE ITEM, AND A WEEK LATER I AM TOLD I WILL BE ISSUED A CREDIT. I AM DISAPPOINTED IN THIS TYPE OF REPRESENTATION WHICH I DID NOT EXPECT FROM AN AMAZON REFERENCED SITE. IT MAKES ME QUESTION WHY AMAZON WOULD LET SUCH A FIRM SELL ON AMAZON. AS OF TODAY, I STILL AM NOT CREDITED THE MONEY ON MY CREDIT ACCOUNT. I WILL FIGHT THE CHARGES WHEN I GET MY STATEMENT IF IT IS NOT CLEARED UP BY THEN.
Panasonic KX-TGA560BMay 14, 2008 We had a two-handset Panasonic system and wanted a third handset. This product works perfectly as an add-on to our existing system. Be aware that it is not a stand-alone telephone--it works only as an add-on to certain Panasonic base stations! Making it work with the base station is a simple process explained in the base station manual. This handset has a great speaker phone built in, displays caller ID and call-waiting ID, and has amazing range--several hundred feet in my experience--enough to cover our entire house and yard.

Great PhoneApril 5, 2008 I know this is an older model, but I must say it is good quality. I love the talking caller id feature of the phone. I went to Best Buy and bought each of the newest models of Panasonic Talking Caller ID cordless phones. None of them gave good reception. I returned them all and took a chance with this phone. It is wonderful. The only bad thing is that it is only expandable up to 3 handsets. Otherwise, it gives clear reception and works great!
