A Good RPG.... October 12, 2008
Hmmmmmmmmmm.... Enchanted Arms, not a lot to say about this game, it is fun, its a tactical RPG, has your usual story of love,hate,betrayal,and a pretty obvious twist in it for good measure. I'm not insulting this game personally I love RPG's and got this game when the PS3 was not known for having very many (this was the only RPG at launch if I remember correctly) RPG's, Now As much as I love this game (it was my first one, so I defend it for everything im worth) There are a couple things that stop it from a 5 star:
The Graphics they go from AWWWSOME, to nice, to ''hey man, what gives'' To put it in less confusing terms here it is:
There are 3 kinds of graphic engines here the 1st is used in the cut scenes and is top notch (comparable, to even some of today's games) The 2nd is also used for cut-scenes but is not as good as the latter ( comparable to some older PS3 games)Now the 3rd type is the in game graphics witch looks like...an early PS3 title, but is still visually pleasing!
This game is perfect for those who just got a ps3 and are looking for a cheaper game as this goes for $20 used at EB/Gamestop. And is also good for the 1st time RPG gamer...
P.S. The score for this game would have been 3.5 but the rating system does not work like that, so I gave it the benefit of the doubt :))
