This game gives you the tools necessary to operate on people, as you are a learning surgeon. story is great (for this kind of game). Sometimes, when fighting a parasite like "triti", you have to think beyond the pixels... understand what is the logical pattern of the sicness/parasite to beat it.
enough said, if you are too much nerveous, don't go and buy this. otherwise, this game is a work of art!

so far this is a very good game - it's not what you would call an easy game - but it is not overly hard either - although some missions are a bloody pain in the ass as games usually have them here and there.you are Dr. stiles and you are a new guy at a hospital and help people recover from accidents and infections and other things, the game is all about using the touch screen as few ds games actually make you use it as you can use the control pad for alomst every game out. anyway as right at the beginning your senior nurse trandfrs to another hospital and you get a nice hot 21 year old long haird blond as your new nurse... nice trade i think. she becomes your new assistant and helps you thorught hte first few missions after the senior nurse has left as she tought you the basics before leaving.as you progress through the game there is a new virus that starts in fectiong people called GUILT and there is no cure, yet you as dr.stiles have to operate on patients in order to find out the various types of guilt and how to cure the it. i'm not much for in depth reviews but this is a solid game with great story and major use of the touch screen - i've yet to finish it and on mission 30 or so and stuck, got close to beaating it. any one who has a DS should get this game or at least rent it if your local store rents DS games 10/10
