A must try, I love mine.October 15, 2008 I found this device irreplaceable in the work it does. A bit wobbly, but try a silicon snap-on case for your phone from eforcity(my dash took right to it) and usually it will snugg up your stuff. sound quality is fantastic, and uses include data/recharge while rockin (please be careful driving and setting up stuff like this).
A+!October 15, 2008 A great adapter! It's super small, but it works! I was amazed by its size. It's so convenient and it does the job!
Not compatible with standard mini USB!!!October 10, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this to go with my Creative Zen and Motorola cell phone. Their cords are interchangeable. But apparently HTC cords are not. The mini USB input port on the adapter is compatible with these, but the output jack to the phone is not.
Why would someone make an adapter that has a mini USB input port thats incompatible with its cords?? You can't charge this while listening to music or phone calls. (Unless this makes it compatible with standard mini USB which you have laying around the house??) Hmmm.
Seller replied promptly and offered RMA, he gets 5 stars.
After reading posts here, I got it to workSeptember 29, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I got this for my XV6800(Verizon HTC model) so that I can get output to my headphones and in my car for music/audio. When I plug it into the phone, there is no audio output, so you have to start playing something, then plug in the adapter to the phone, then plug the headphones to the adapter. Works pretty good
FinallyAugust 22, 2008 this is the one to get, I use it to play music over the pa at work and charge my phone at the same time. Very good, well made, seems solid like it will actually last awhile.
