evaluating my Omron pedometerOctober 9, 2008 I have enjoyed my pedometer very much. I wear it every day, to focus on the steps I am taking for the purpose of getting exercise. I just like to keep a record of it. I like being able to go back any number of days up to 7 to compare it with the steps for today.

I love the 7-day history which enables me to log my steps the next morning. I highly recommend this pedometer to anyone. The most brilliant thing about it is the ability to carry it in your pocket. It comes with a belt clip, but when you are wearing pockets, it's so much easier just to toss it in there and forget about it. I love it!
