It Works GreatNovember 23, 2008 I am suprised that this mount works so good! I actually had low expectations and imagined this product would disappoint but... Garmin has stayed true to their high standard of quality. I am very happy to have this mount as it allows me to easily move my Nuvi for security purposes.

I must say that I would have perfered the suction cup to work properly and stay in place, however it did not. So I felt I had to try this product, and it is excellent! It works well, and never moves. I would highly reccomend this product! It certainly does everything it says it will, and whats more, now that I have been using the friction mount I like it better then the suction cup. It is so easy to move and hide the GPS when parked.

Round ball on hook does not fit Garmin Nuvi 350 receptacle, neither does the windshield mount round hook. Reported this to Amazon and all they did was give me another (Garmin) site to report it and there was no way to do so; have to make a phone call. Not happy.
Works greatNovember 22, 2008 Easier to move from vehicle to vehicle than the windshield mount. Had no trouble with it. would buy again.

This accessory works great and I would say that it's a "must have" with any garmin gps. I have used it in several different autos and it works great with good grip and versatility in all cases. It's locking mechcanism works firmly and smoothly. It's a very secure and portable way to mount your gps. I actually like it better than the windshield suction cup that comes with the gps systems.
