This is an excelllent product. I researched several arms prior to deciding on Omnimount's CL-MP Cantilever Mount. I wanted a cantilever to provide flexibility in the display direction (pan) in addition to tilt. Very easy to install, it took about 15 minutes with a buddy helping me. I have 2 of these installed and both have worked out great. I am supporting a 37" Sony in the study and a 26" Samsung in the Master Bath.
I also have the Omnimount UCL-XP Dual arm cantiliver supporting a 46" Samsung LCD.
nice flat tv mountFebruary 11, 2008 I bought this mount for a 32" sony lcd bravia. Installation was in the kitchen. I screwed the 3 in-line mounting screws directly to a stud located behind the drywall. I did predrill these holes with a smaller drill, so the stud would not crack. I can now move the tv over a wide range of angles and distances from the wall. It is a nice addition to our kitchen. I recommend this product. It has a solid design and is attractive. 5 stars.

This is a great mount! With the right tools (drill, 1/2" socket, pencil, level, stud finder), it goes up in 15 minutes! I own two of these mounts to use with Samsung 26" and 32" LCDs.
It could sit closer to the wall, but I don't it's possible because of the position features of the mount. The cable management features of the mount leave a lot to be desired, but still an excellent flat panel mount. Mounting screws are mislabeled but you figure that out rather quickly.
Television MountSeptember 24, 2007 Never saw an easier product to install. Can't go wrong if you follow the very simple instructions included with this excellent product. I bought two so that I could use the TV in two areas; easily moved from one to the other.
FantasticSeptember 2, 2007 Bought the smaller unit for my 27" LCD yesterday and decided it was too light and bended too much for my taste. So I upgraded to the CL-M today and it was definitely the right move. Actually easier to install, much more rugged and sleek in design and very simply - sturdy. Slightly hard to rotate on some pivot points, so will take others advice and apply some WD40 in the morning.
