Slower then advertised but still very fastJuly 3, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I just got the card yesterday and measured the transfer speed. The writing speed of this card is 13 M/s and reading speed is 19.5 M/s. While the writing is much slower than advertised it is still very good. My camera (Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ5K 9MP) can take continuously pictures in half a second each with this card. I am happy with this purchase so far.
Good ValueMarch 11, 2008 This card holds a ton of pictures even on a high setting. I have yet to fill it up.

I purchased this card thinking it would be the only card I would need for a special occasion. I used it Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I ran out of space. I did take a lot of videos, and I'm sure that is the reason. So, if you plan on taking videos and ony wnat to use one card get the 8GB. The quality is great. I think if you are looking for nice photos and vidos the 6 Pro High Speed is the card for you.

Not the most inexpensive, but works very wellNovember 21, 2007 13 out of 13 found this review helpful
I bought this card for my SDHC-compatible digital camera and have found that it is really a lot faster -- especially when writing image files -- than conventional SD cards. It is also faster than class 2 or 4 cards. When buying SDHC cards it's really necessary to do some research and read the small print (especially with the Sandisk cards, which do a great job of confusing everyone), because in this case the speed is worth the price. Another plus is the 4Gb capacity. Even with a resolution of 8Mb, I haven't yet managed to fill this card to capacity in one go.
