This is a quality wall mount. Both long and short screws are provided to attach LCD TV. Articulating arms are tight without any wobble. Mount articulates both left and right, as well as tilts up and down for viewing from any angle. Only criticism, a small one and more an annoyance: once holes are drilled in the wall, there is no level adjustment. I took care to drills the holes vertically, and yet the TV still has a slight tilt. I do not see how perfect horizontal alignment of the TV is possible without some adjustment feature lacking in this product
Also, I suggest using a tool larger than a hand Phillips screwdriver, such as an electric drill with Phillips bit. A cordless drill is unlikely to have enough power to install these large screws. Overall: a quality product that is straightforward to mount, and sturdy enough for a 19" LCD TV.

Works well, especially considering the reasonable cost. If you need to have the arm move left and right this is the right arm for your smaller size tv. This arm will not work if you need to move the set up and down instead or in addition to left/right. The tilting works well too.
wall mountJuly 20, 2008 the wall mount installed quickly and worked as advertised. the only down on this transaction was the delivery time. i should have selected a quicker delivery time, i chose free shipping and the wall mount was in limbo for 8 days. i mean it was sitting on a loading dock someplace.
Great product for a decent priceJuly 18, 2008 I bought this wall mount for a 19" LCD TV; most of the stores carry wall mounts for very large TVs, which I thought was overkill . . . and this product was a lot less expensive than the brands available in retail stores. It was very easy to install (about 15 minutes) and works great.

As others have mentioned, the mount works fine when installed.
Mounting it straight and level can be tricky. Some tips:
* Use one of the allen wrenches to remove the bolt in the middle of the articulating arm and separate the two arm parts. Attach the wall plate to the wall, and the vesa plate to the monitor. Then simply attach the two arm sections together.
* The monitor plate's pitch can be adjusted, that is it can be tilted back and forth. The manual doesn't mention it, however. Remove the two plastic covers and use the bigger allen wrench to loosen the bolt. Adjust pitch angle and tighten.
* Right - left adjustment is the trickiest. Do line up the holes before drilling them. Once mounted, if the monitor is not level, try loosening the wall mounting screws a bit, nudging the wall plate in the right direction and then tightening the screws.
