I was hoping for a well-made, protective sleeve that allowed me to pop the iPod in my pocket without worry when not in use. I got that and one that is good looking and provides the added help of a pull tab to retreive the unit from the sleeve easily. This is a product I expect to use until it wears out and then buy another as needed over the years.
just what i wanted:April 21, 2008 this is a slim, stylish pouch for my ipod touch; i like using the touch without a case, this works perfectly.

If you are aiming for a compact and lightweight case for your shiny new iPod Touch then this is the case for you. Truth is it looks bigger in the picture but it's the perfect size for the Touch. The only drawback is that this case is meant to fully cover the device so no fiddling with the touchscreen while it's there. Finally black is the new black, right? :)

Works fine for carrying an IPOD Touch but you can't use the Touch while it's in it.
